Monarch is Immediately Hiring aNational Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead our crew based in the Omaha, Nebraska area.

This position will entail travel throughout the Midwest for Monarch helping out at our apartment communities in Nebraska and the surrounding states. 50% travel is to be expected nationwide. Check us out below and consider this your personal invitation to apply!

• 3 Weeks on, 1 Week off schedule
• 4th week paid and off!

• $50.00 additional per day/per diem for every overnight spent working/traveling

Pay: $65,000/Year
Schedule: Full Time - Year Round. Dayshift Hours.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience required

• HVAC EPA or CPO certification strongly preferred
• 7+ years experience in maintenance, including 5 years' in apartment maintenance
• Dry walling, including painting and carpentry
• Plumbing, including sweating copper pipe
• Electrical, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures

Compensation and Benefits Available:

• Pay: $65,000/Year
• Yearly raises up to 5%
