The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Setting the Stage:

The Radiology Supervisor is a dynamic role performing high quality CT scans, contrast administration, adhering to safety, policy and procedure and radiation protocols in a high volume CT department.

Must be familiar with IP, OP and ED routine and stat protocols. As a supervisor this role oversees daily operations of a CT department including daily schedules, payroll, patient workflow, equipment, quality control, regulatory compliance.

Supervise, evaluate and train staff, partner with HR to recruit new staff and ensure all onboarding, training and employee orientation and competencies are completed.

The supervisor communicates with nursing units, ancillary departments and providers to provide patient safety and satisfaction.

The CT supervisor maintains compliance for all mandatory departmental and regulatory compliance for the CT department, this includes

ACR certification. The CT supervisor maintains inventory and orders all medical and contrast supplies. The CT supervisor works closely with the director of radiology to monitor volume, productivity and statists work on Quality improvement initiatives.

Minimum 3 years CT experience
