Pricing Specialist in Chandler, Arizona at Hendley Communications Inc

About the role
Walts TV sells across Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, and many other marketplaces. Pricing accuracy is what keeps pricing integrity, and rebates are a big part of that. This role owns the day-to-day execution: entering rebates correctly, auditing what's already in the system, and keeping the channels covered on weekends.

It's a good fit for someone detail-driven who likes clean data and loves working with excel/google sheets, and who wants consistent part-time hours with a Wednesday-to-Sunday rhythm.

What you'll do
Wednesday-Friday (pricing tasks)
Enter pricing rebates accurately on POS system and on schedule
Audit active and expired rebates to confirm they're applied correctly, priced as intended, and ended when they should
Execute routine pricing updates and maintenance tasks
Flag discrepancies, MAP concerns, and pricing errors to the team

Saturday-Sunday (channel coverage)
Monitor marketplace and internal chats for pricing and listing issues
Complete tickets for pricing corrections, listing fixes, and related requests

What we're looking for
Strong Excel skills: pricing and rebate roadmaps come to you as spreadsheets, and you'll work directly from them. You should be comfortable with filtering, sorting, and basic formulas.
Strong attention to detail: this role lives in pricing fields where a transposed digit costs real money
Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with limited real-time support

Nice to have
Experience working in a retail POS or ERP system: this is where we manage listings and pricing, so comfort navigating product records, and price fields.
Background in data entry and accuracy in a live system
Familiarity with rebates, promotional pricing, or MAP enforcement

Hours for the position would be 7am - 1:30pm.
