What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on nursing care to clients in our residential treatment program
• Administer medications and treatments under physician/NP direction
• Monitor vitals and health status, flagging concerns to the medical team early
• Support intake, screenings, and medical assessments for new clients
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to build individualized treatment plans
• Educate clients on medication adherence and healthy lifestyle habits
• Keep accurate, compliant documentation (HIPAA/OSHA)
• Contribute ideas in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Active LPN license in Ohio (required)
• Experience in addiction treatment, behavioral health, or psychiatric nursing is a plus — but not required if you bring the right mindset
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
• A team player with great communication skills
• Genuine compassion and a nonjudgmental approach to patients facing substance use disorders
• Comfort with computer-based documentation systems
