Como lder de exportacin del centro de distribucin a tiempo completo, liderars las operaciones diarias del departamento de exportacin del centro de distribucin. Ayudars a facilitar el movimiento de productos en todo nuestro centro de distribucin hasta las sucursales de la empresa. Sers responsable de verificar, escanear y enviar productos a travs del sistema Fastenal siguiendo los procedimientos de la Organizacin Internacional de Normalizacin (ISO). Tambin te asegurars de que todos los productos sean auditados y enrutados correctamente. Brindars orientacin para garantizar que las operaciones se completen de manera correcta, eficiente y a tiempo. RESPONSABILIDADES:
Los deberes y responsabilidades de este puesto incluyen, entre otros:
o Liderar y capacitar a los miembros del equipo
o Comunicarse con los empleados y las sucursales
o Verificar el pas de origen, la cantidad y el nmero de pieza de cada artculo destinado a otro pas
o Operar programas informticos y escneres para verificar el producto
o Mantener la limpieza/organizacin del rea de trabajo
o Cumplir con las normas y expectativas de salud, seguridad y sostenibilidad
o Participar en actividades y programas que ayuden a la empresa a lograr los objetivos de salud, seguridad y sostenibilidad

CALIFICACIONES REQUERIDAS PARA EL PUESTO:
Se requieren las siguientes habilidades y calificaciones para este puesto:
o Habilidades competentes de comunicacin oral y escrita
o Manejo competente de Microsoft Office Suite
o Altamente motivado, autodirigido y orientado al servicio al cliente
o Demostrar slidas habilidades para la resolucin de problemas, razonamiento deductivo y toma de decisiones
o Demostrar una slida aptitud matemtica, atencin al detalle y sentido de urgencia
o Aprender y realizar mltiples tareas en un entorno de ritmo rpido
o Trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo
o Disposicin a trabajar en un horario flexible/tiempo extra segn sea necesario
o Demostrar nuestros valores fundamentales de ambicin, innovacin, integridad y trabajo en equipo
o Levantar, deslizar, transportar y bajar paquetes que normalmente pesan entre 25 y 50 libras y pueden pesar hasta 100 libras

CALIFICACIONES PREFERIDAS PARA EL PUESTO:
o Poseer conocimiento prctico de los sistemas de almacenamiento de Fastenal

OVERVIEW:
Find your future at Fastenal! Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team oriented individuals to work in our fast pace warehouse! Working as Full-Time Distribution Center Export Lead, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Distribution Center Export department. You will help facilitate the movement of product throughout our distribution center to company owned branches. You will be responsible for verifying, scanning and shipping product through the Fastenal system while following International Organization for Standardization (ISO) procedures. You will also ensure that all products are audited and routed correctly. You will provide guidance to ensure operations are completed correctly, efficiently and on time. RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Leading and training team members
o Communicating with employees and branches
o Verifying the country of origin, quantity and part number of every item that is destined for another country
o Operating computer programs and scanners to verify product
o Maintain the cleanliness/organization of work area
o Complying with health, safety and sustainability rules and expectations
o Participating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety and sustainability objectives
o Learning, passing, and practicing various environmental health and safety trainings

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Proficient written and oral communication skills
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Work independently as well as in a team environment
o Willingness to work a flexible schedule/extra time as needed

o Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Possess working knowledge of Fastenal warehouse systems
