Servicing Transfer Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Servicing Transfer Coordinator based in Brazil.

This role is responsible for coordinating complex, high-volume mortgage servicing transfer projects from planning through completion.
You will serve as a central point of contact connecting clients, servicing partners, internal teams, and third-party stakeholders.
The position combines project management, data coordination, testing, risk management, and client communication.
You will help ensure servicing transfers are delivered accurately, on schedule, and in line with defined requirements.
The role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and strong organization are essential.
You will also contribute to process improvements, lessons learned, and the continuous enhancement of transfer operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative professional with mortgage servicing and project management experience.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage high-profile and high-volume inbound and outbound mortgage servicing transfer projects, ensuring activities remain aligned with agreed scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, current and new servicers, and other third parties throughout the servicing transfer lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, action items, deliverables, milestones, and documentation for all relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including preparation of agendas, documentation of meeting minutes, and follow-up on outstanding actions.
  • Identify, monitor, and communicate project issues and risks, escalating significant concerns to management with recommended remediation actions and potential timeline impacts.
  • Provide consistent and accurate status updates for trial events, final transfer events, and other key project milestones.
  • Coordinate data-mapping sessions with Loan Transfer Data Analysts, including agendas, requirements, open-item tracking, and resolution follow-up.
  • Coordinate pre- and post-transfer testing activities, document defects, track resolutions, and obtain formal testing sign-off.
  • Facilitate Go/No-Go decisions by documenting trial transfer results, outstanding items, risks, issues, and decisions across all participating parties.
  • Implement and manage necessary changes to standard processes to meet project-specific requirements while maintaining operational quality.
  • Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to ensure project scope and timelines are successfully delivered.
  • Maintain a lessons-learned process to identify successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement following each transfer project.
  • Maintain and update transaction management procedures, including timelines, task lists, project plans, and stakeholder roles and responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years of project management experience preferred, ideally involving complex, deadline-driven initiatives.
  • 3+ years of mortgage servicing experience preferred, with exposure to servicing transfers or related mortgage operations considered an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with internal teams, clients, management, and external partners.
  • Excellent client relationship management and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining established quality and operational standards.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build productive relationships across teams and organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable communicating through written, in-person, and virtual channels with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong adaptability and willingness to manage changing priorities, project requirements, and transfer volumes.
  • A background in mortgage servicing, real estate, financial services, or a related field is advantageous.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation ranging from $20.43 to $34.28 per hour, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.
  • Optional medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
  • Employer-matched 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Employee stock purchase opportunities.
  • Mental health and wellness resources, including access to Calm memberships.
  • Employee recognition programs celebrating achievements and milestones.
  • Discounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and employee purchasing programs.
  • Tuition reimbursement to support continued education and professional development.
  • Remote work flexibility with virtual engagement opportunities.
  • Company-provided work equipment.
  • Remote setup requiring a quiet, private workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Opportunities to make a meaningful impact in the mortgage and financial services industry.
  • A collaborative environment with resources and support for professional growth.
