This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a [Ambev Tech] Agile Coach based in Brazil.
This is an opportunity for a mid-level Agile professional to help govern, sustain, and continuously improve global technology delivery flows.
You will work across teams to strengthen operational discipline, improve delivery predictability, and turn flow data into actionable insights.
The role is centered on Azure DevOps, corporate performance dashboards, and data-driven governance practices.
You will facilitate stakeholder alignment, monitor delivery indicators, and coordinate action plans to address bottlenecks and deviations.
A key part of the role is leveraging Generative AI and automation to streamline governance routines and accelerate analysis.
You will operate remotely within a cross-functional structure and collaborate with stakeholders across international technology environments.
This role is ideal for someone who combines Agile expertise, analytical thinking, strong communication, and a practical mindset toward continuous improvement.
- Govern and continuously improve Downstream workflow practices, ensuring adherence to established processes and operational standards.
- Manage and optimize Azure DevOps configurations, including process rules, queries, workflows, work-item traceability, and data-quality governance.
- Monitor and analyze official flow metrics such as System Lead Time, Downstream Cycle Time, Flow Efficiency, Throughput, WIP, WIP Aging, and blocker metrics.
- Provide mechanisms, dashboards, visibility, and follow-up practices that help technology teams improve delivery predictability.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment around delivery plans, performance deviations, bottlenecks, and corrective action plans.
- Track performance indicators and visual management dashboards, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Establish and monitor working agreements including Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD), Block Management, and Sustain Capacity categorization.
- Coordinate tactical action plans resulting from flow deviations and ensure that agreed improvements are followed through to completion.
- Apply data-driven approaches to identify inefficiencies and support continuous improvement across delivery processes.
- Build and use practical Generative AI solutions and workflow automations to streamline governance activities, accelerate analysis, and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international stakeholders to promote consistent Agile and flow-management practices.
- Encourage a culture of proactive problem-solving, collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Professional experience with workflow management, Kanban/Delivery practices, systemic agility, and operational governance in technology environments.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including process rules, queries, workflows, work-item management, Delivery Flow traceability, and data-quality governance.
- Practical experience using and analyzing flow metrics such as System Lead Time, Cycle Time, Flow Efficiency, Throughput, WIP, WIP Aging, and blocker metrics.
- Experience creating mechanisms, dashboards, reports, and monitoring practices that support greater delivery predictability.
- Proven experience managing tactical stakeholders, aligning delivery plans, facilitating action plans for bottlenecks, and managing visual performance indicators.
- Experience applying and monitoring working agreements such as Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, Block Management, and Sustain Capacity.
- Hands-on experience creating or using simple AI and automation solutions, such as scripts, AI assistants, OpenAI Codex, or workflow automations, to improve daily routines and analysis.
- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to participate confidently in global meetings and collaborate with international stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate flow data into practical improvements.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, combined with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Experience applying the Kanban Maturity Model (KMM) in practice to progressively improve flow efficiency is desirable.
- Certifications in flow management and Agile methodologies, such as KMM, KCP, or equivalent, are considered a plus.
