The Senior Premier WFM Consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to clients using UKG Pro Workforce Management, helping organizations maximize the value of their workforce management technology. This role combines strategic consulting, hands-on solution design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing optimization across multiple WFM modules. You will own a portfolio of clients, translate workforce priorities into actionable roadmaps, and lead complex initiatives from planning through delivery. Success requires strong client leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage competing priorities, risks, and resources. The role also provides opportunities to mentor consultants and contribute to broader practice improvements. This is a fully remote position with meaningful autonomy and up to 40% travel based on client needs.
- Serve as the primary functional consultant for an assigned portfolio of Premier Services clients, providing strategic guidance and aligning UKG Pro Workforce Management capabilities with business and workforce priorities.
- Build and maintain WFM roadmaps that translate client objectives, workforce challenges, and technology opportunities into prioritized plans of work.
- Lead complex UKG Pro WFM initiatives from end to end, coordinating delivery activities, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, timelines, and client expectations.
- Design, configure, validate, and optimize advanced UKG WFM solutions that address business requirements while following established leading practices.
- Develop high-quality client-facing deliverables, including solution documentation, testing artifacts, training materials, and recommendations that support successful adoption.
- Lead client meetings that facilitate decisions and maintain clear alignment around project status, risks, priorities, dependencies, and next steps.
- Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization, additional training, and services that improve account health and increase long-term client value.
- Manage priorities, scope, and contracted capacity across assigned accounts, adapting delivery plans when client demand exceeds available hours or resources.
- Develop accurate effort estimates and support forecasting, staffing, and resource planning while identifying, communicating, and mitigating delivery, scope, timeline, resource, and client risks.
- Mentor consultants and new hires, facilitate knowledge sharing, and contribute to initiatives that improve consulting practices and strengthen the broader Premier Services organization.
- Consistently deliver a high standard of customer service by guiding clients, anticipating their needs, and exceeding expectations throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Bring 5–7 years of UKG partner consulting experience with demonstrated delivery experience across UKG Pro Workforce Management, formerly known as UKG Dimensions.
- Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of UKG Pro Workforce Management, particularly timekeeping, accruals, and additional WFM modules.
- Have a proven ability to build lasting client relationships and guide stakeholders toward effective solutions in a consulting, advisory, or client-facing environment.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Have experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
- Be comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment, taking ownership of projects and making sound decisions with appropriate stakeholder communication.
- Be willing and able to travel up to 40% as required to support client engagements.
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is preferred.
- Experience with UKG Pro WFM Attendance, Absence, Analytics, and/or Boomi integrations is preferred.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and risk-management skills, with the ability to manage complex client needs and competing demands.
- Competitive base salary of $100,000–$140,000 USD, with bonus potential.
- Comprehensive benefits, perks, and paid time off package.
- Fully remote work environment with flexibility and significant autonomy.
- Opportunity to independently own projects and drive their long-term success.
- Direct client-facing responsibility and the opportunity to build trusted advisory relationships.
- Exposure to complex UKG Pro Workforce Management implementations, optimization initiatives, and multiple WFM modules.
- Opportunities to share expertise, mentor consultants and new hires, and contribute to knowledge-sharing and practice improvements.
- Flexible consulting environment within an award-winning workplace culture.
- Up to 40% travel based on client and project requirements.
