  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently without needing detailed instructions for every task.
  • Demonstrated ability to take an open-ended problem, identify potential solutions, and propose a clear plan of action.
  • Strong project and process management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities, with the confidence to question priorities and recommend a better approach when appropriate.
  • Reliable, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote setting and maintain consistent communication with clients.
  • Availability to begin at approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential to increase toward 40 hours as business needs grow.

  • Most projects have turnaround expectations of approximately 1–2 business days.
  • Starting compensation of $22 per hour.
  • Bonus opportunities of up to $10,000 annually.
  • Opportunities for increased responsibilities, professional growth, and performance-based rewards.
  • Work-life balance supported through flexible scheduling.
