You will lead high-visibility internal communications and engagement programs across a global, remote-first environment.
The position combines executive communications, employee engagement, culture initiatives, and employer branding.
You will work closely with senior leaders and HR partners to turn business priorities into clear, compelling employee experiences.
From All Hands meetings and leadership resources to engagement surveys and community programs, your work will have broad organizational reach.
Success requires strong judgment, exceptional organization, and the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences and channels.
This is a highly collaborative role for a proactive communications professional who enjoys turning ideas into meaningful action.
- Plan and execute monthly All Hands meetings, including agenda development, content coordination, stakeholder alignment, and post-event communications.
- Support executive communications initiatives, including new-hire calls, leadership roundtables, and ongoing executive content.
- Partner with HR to manage employee engagement surveys, communicate results, and track progress against resulting action plans.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen culture and employer brand, including talent programs, recruitment marketing, and employee-focused engagement activities.
- Build and maintain Employee Resource Group infrastructure, including governance frameworks, program cadence, and ongoing support.
- Own volunteer, community giving, and employee participation programs that reinforce organizational culture and community engagement.
- Maintain a company-wide calendar of key HR, enterprise, and employee milestones to ensure coordinated communications.
- Manage internal communication channels and platforms, ensuring messaging is timely, consistent, relevant, and appropriate for each audience.
- Manage employer brand presence across platforms such as Glassdoor and LinkedIn, including keeping content current and responding appropriately to reviews and feedback.
- Develop compelling content showcasing workplace culture, teams, employee experiences, and community involvement.
- Create communication resources, toolkits, and guidance that help people leaders communicate effectively with their teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve communication and engagement practices while supporting additional strategic initiatives as business needs evolve.
- 8–10 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, program management, strategic HR, or a closely related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience managing programs from strategy and planning through execution, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Experience with change management, culture-building, employee engagement, and/or HR integration initiatives.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build credibility from C-suite executives to frontline employees.
- Strong ability to tailor messaging, tone, and communication approaches to different audiences, channels, and organizational contexts.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong project management and strategic planning capabilities, with demonstrated ability to translate broad or ambiguous objectives into actionable programs.
- Comfortable working across global, cross-functional teams and navigating a fast-paced, evolving environment.
