Job Description
Position Summary
The Center Supervisor supports and oversees the daily management and operations of the Center to ensure consistent quality care to all patients. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate others. You will work closely with a team of medical professionals, including physicians, nurses, and medical assistants, to provide high-quality care to our patients and create a positive work environment.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, flexible between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
Compensation: Starting compensation range is $70,304.00-$75,000.00 annually. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Center schedule to ensure proper staffing and daily operations run smoothly
- Step in to cover as well as assist staff members with assignments and duties when necessary
- Support in recruiting, hiring, and training for new employees
- Manage the Center's budget and financial resources including facilities maintenance
- Coordinate with other healthcare providers and organizations
- Keep up to date with developments in occupational medicine and implementing new practices as appropriate
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- High School graduate or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in an occupational medicine setting
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a team supervisor role
- Knowledge of medical office workflows and processes
- Prior experience with EMRs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
