  • Audit treatment plans, estimates, patient accounts, procedure codes, lab fees, material costs, and financial arrangements for accuracy
  • Coordinate laboratory-related cases, including prescriptions, timelines, case readiness, lab fees, materials, and communication between the specialist, laboratory, and patient
  • Communicate professionally with patients, specialists, clinical team members, laboratories, and referring dental offices
  • Support smooth patient flow by ensuring records, consent forms, treatment plans, deposits, medical clearances, lab work, and scheduling details are complete before appointments
  • Book accepted treatment and ensure appointments are scheduled according to the doctor’s recommended sequencing and required healing timelines
  • Review and update treatment plans, estimates, and financial arrangements when treatment changes are made by the doctor
  • Track case acceptance, outstanding treatment, and scheduled production to ensure accepted treatment is converted into booked care

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of three years of dental treatment coordination experience
  • Specialty experience in periodontics, prosthodontics, oral surgery, implant dentistry, or orthodontics is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience presenting complex or higher-value treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a patient-centered and professional approach
  • Strong working knowledge of dental insurance, financing, payment plans, and treatment scheduling
  • Experience with Dentrix is preferred
  • Exceptional organization, sound judgment, and reliable follow-through
  • The ability to work collaboratively with specialists, clinical team members, and referring offices

What we are offering:

  • Full-time, permanent employment
  • Competitive hourly compensation of $25.00-$35.00 per hour, based on relevant specialty experience
  • Extended health and dental benefits
  • Paid parking
  • Monday-Friday daytime schedule with no evenings or weekends
  • Uniforms provided
  • Continuing education incentives
  • A modern, technology-forward specialty practice
  • Mentorship and collaboration with experienced periodontal and prosthodontic specialists
  • A supportive, professional team environment

Work Schedule:
