This position resides in Wixom, Michigan.

• Answer 30+ inbound/outbound calls daily while providing friendly, professional support. Follow through with order submission to manufacturing.
• Send and respond to 50+ customer emails per day using Microsoft Outlook.
• Manage customer inquiries and updates via text messaging.
• Work across multiple applications at once to track orders, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick, effective solutions for our customers.

• Previous customer service experience (high-volume environment and order entry).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to multitask efficiently with several applications open at once.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Requires steep learning curve on product, customers and ordering system.
• Knowledge and interest in the automotive industry.
