Job Summary:

Our client is seeking Quality Associates to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing final inspections of completed products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Key Responsibilities:
Perform final inspections of completed products to ensure they meet quality requirements
Inspect products for defects, accuracy, and overall quality
Follow inspection procedures and product specifications
Use hand tools and equipment as needed to complete inspection tasks
Document and report quality issues as necessary
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
Work efficiently to meet daily production and quality goals
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain workflow
Ideal Candidate:
Previous quality, inspection, assembly, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive work environment
Reliable and punctual with good attendance history
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Strong commitment to accuracy and quality
