The Valley of the Sun J is seeking a dependable and energetic Part-Time Fitness Floor Staff Member to support our members. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fitness and customer service!

• Greet members and provide friendly, professional customer service, exceeding expectations
• Assist Fitness Director and or Manager on Duty with requests or inquiries
• Supervise the fitness floor to ensure safety and proper equipment use, hazard free
• Assist members with basic equipment questions
• Clean and sanitize equipment and workout areas throughout the shift.
• Assist in class set-up and reset
• Manage Towel Service
• Enforce facility policies and report any safety or maintenance concerns
  

• Reliable and punctual with strong time-management skills
• Comfortable working independently during early hours
• Interest in fitness and helping others
• Basic knowledge of gym equipment preferred
• Previous customer service or fitness experience a plus

REQUIREMENTS

• Physical Requirements/Demands: Standing, walking, repetitive motions, bending, stretching, lifting objects over 45lbs.
• Education/Specialized Training: CPR and First Aid certification
• Evenings & weekend Shifts
