Crosstown Landing, Silvercrest's newest senior living community, is hiring a Director of Reflections - Memory Care.

What You’ll Do:
  • Be the primary program developer and implementation leader of exceptional programs for our Memory Care residents
  • Play a critical role in ensuring the success of our programming as well as resident and family satisfaction
What You'll Need:
  • High School Diploma or GED required - Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in geriatrics
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals who have Alzheimers or Dementia
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
