Crosstown Landing, Silvercrest's newest senior living community, is hiring a Director of Reflections - Memory Care.

- Be the primary program developer and implementation leader of exceptional programs for our Memory Care residents
- Play a critical role in ensuring the success of our programming as well as resident and family satisfaction
- High School Diploma or GED required - Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in geriatrics
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals who have Alzheimers or Dementia
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
