Qualifications

RS&H is currently seeking an early career talent acquisition (TA) specialist to join our team. This position can work remotely, in-office, or a hybrid approach, but our preferred candidate will be near one of the listed locations for this role. As part of the People team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm by executing recruiting and sourcing strategies for a wide variety of positions; assessing candidates' qualifications and matching to the requirements of current and future openings; growing a pipeline of qualified, diverse candidates through campus recruiting efforts and making career connections; communicating hiring progress, results, and talent trends to TA leadership and hiring managers; and delivering efficiencies in hiring processes and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Have a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field and three years relevant early career recruiting experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. HR professional certification is preferred, as is industry experience.
  • Be proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite and have experience working with applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS or ADP Lyric.
  • Possess strong attention to detail and ability to manage a diverse workload with shifting priorities.
  • Have the ability to take initiative, follow through, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to and understand people in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Possess solid analytical, decision-making, researching and organizational capabilities.

The salary range for this position in Denver or Chicago is $75,000–$85,000 per year, representing the employer’s goodfaith estimate at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be based on jobrelated skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location, where applicable.
