This role involves travel throughout the Midwest to support Monarch apartment communities in Michigan and nearby states, with up to 50% nationwide travel expected. No On Call
3 Weeks on, 1 Week off schedule
NO WEEKENDS!
$50.00 additional per day/per diem for every overnight spent working/traveling
Excellent overtime potential! Up to 20 hours of overtime available per pay period!
Company vehicle or paid mileage on all travel!
Pay: $21-$23/HR
Schedule: Full Time - Year Round. Dayshift Hours.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Diagnoses problems and makes repairs including but not limited to: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and dry walling
  • Assists with property operations as needed and directed, including but not limited to: completing structural maintenance (internal and external), turning units, completing work orders, assisting with grounds/curb appeal, snow removal and pool maintenance as needed
  • Paints and stains, both interior and exterior applications
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience required
  • HVAC EPA or CPO certification preferred
  • 3+ years experience in maintenance, including 1 year in multi-family housing
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation and Benefits Available:
Pay $21-$23/HR
$50/per diem/tax free every night while traveling for additional expenses
Excellent overtime potential! Up to 20 hours of overtime available per pay period!
3 weeks on, 1 week off schedule!
