This role is focused on the evolution, stability, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) environments within complex enterprise ecosystems. You will act as a key technical and functional expert, ensuring the proper configuration, support, and optimization of learning management solutions that connect with broader HR and enterprise platforms. Working in a highly collaborative and global environment, you will handle critical incidents, complex integrations, and system enhancements while ensuring alignment with business needs. The position requires strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors LMS and integration technologies, along with the ability to act as a subject matter expert and guide technical discussions. You will also contribute to governance, performance analysis, and release management activities in a fast-evolving digital HR landscape. It is a senior-level role with high visibility and impact on learning and development processes across the organization.

Accountabilities:
  • Act as a senior specialist in SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS), ensuring system stability, configuration, and continuous improvement
  • Manage complex incidents, defects, and change requests, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution
  • Configure and implement enhancements in SAP SF LMS aligned with business and technical requirements
  • Support integrations between LMS and Employee Central (EC), including troubleshooting via SAP CPI
  • Design and maintain course structures, MDF objects, user connectors, and SAP standard jobs
  • Support automation processes and integrations via SFTP and related tools
  • Analyze system performance, data consistency, and ensure operational reliability
  • Participate in quarterly SAP SuccessFactors releases, ensuring smooth adaptation and testing
  • Act as SME, providing technical leadership and guidance to teams and stakeholders
  • Lead technical discussions and meetings with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Ensure alignment between business processes and LMS configuration standards
  • Contribute to LMS governance, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) in support and implementation environments
  • Proven experience in L3 support, enhancements, and complex incident management
  • Solid knowledge of integrations between LMS and Employee Central (EC)
  • Experience with SAP CPI and troubleshooting integration issues
  • Hands-on experience with MDF, User Connectors, SAP standard jobs, and LMS configurations
  • Knowledge of SFTP-based integrations and automation processes
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management)
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and manage critical system incidents
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience acting as a technical or functional lead (SME) is highly desirable
  • SAP certification (mandatory) and completed bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
  • Advanced English proficiency for business communication and interviews
