ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to own and optimize the YLA For Her online store end-to-end. You will manage daily site operations, lead product launches, improve conversion, and make data-backed decisions on inventory, purchase orders, and restocks in a fast-paced, launch-driven environment. This is a full ownership role. You hold yourself accountable for how the site performs, and you bring the reporting and insights that help leadership make faster, better decisions. For someone who is analytical, detail-obsessed, and energized by the pace of a brand that launches frequently and grows fast, this is the opportunity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Site Operations & Merchandising

    Manage product launches end-to-end. Uploads, descriptions, tagging, assets, inventory syncing, and QAEnsure PDPs are fully optimized: imagery, copy, size guides, reviews, and UGCOwn daily website performance, accuracy, and on-brand presentationImprove product discovery through collections, filters, and navigationUpload lookbook photos and link all associated productsAlign on-site storytelling with brand tone and drop themesPartner with the design team to ensure the site reflects current drops and brand momentsEnsure site compliance (tax, shipping rules, returns, and privacy policies)

Performance & Conversion

    Monitor key e-commerce metrics: traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and bounce rateImplement improvements through testing, UX optimization, and merchandising strategiesOptimize checkout experience, on-site promotions, and upsell/cross-sell opportunitiesRun QA before and after every launch. (Pricing, inventory, checkout, and mobile)Monitor site speed, bugs, broken links, and errorsCommunicate performance updates and post-launch recaps to the teamEnsure every launch goes live cleanly and on time

Inventory, Purchase Orders & Restocks

    Review and approve purchase orders based on sales data and demand forecastingAnalyze sell-through and historical performance to recommend buy quantitiesProactively suggest restocks and inventory actions to maximize revenue and minimize riskPlan weekly inventory for the store and monthly promotional cadence — what goes on sale, when, and for how longAnalyze promotional performance: discount depth, timing, and margin impactCollaborate with planning, operations, and leadership to align inventory with launch timelines

Data & Reporting

    Generate and analyze e-commerce and inventory reports to guide purchasing, forecasting, and site strategyProvide launch-level analytics. (Color sales, size sales, product type performance, shelf life, and YoY comparisons)Translate data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teamsMaintain dashboards to track performance, trends, and growth opportunitiesSurface insights that give leadership faster, better visibility into how the business is performing

QUALIFICATIONS

What We're Looking For

    3-5 years of e-commerce or DTC experience (Shopify or Shopify Plus strongly preferred)Strong analytical skills with hands-on reporting and data analysis experienceConfident making data-backed decisions around inventory, purchase orders, and restocksProven experience owning product launches end-to-end in a fast-paced environmentHands-on experience with inventory management and demand forecastingHighly detail-oriented with strong ownership and accountabilityComfortable working across functions. Collaborating with creative, operations, and leadershipExperience with email and SMS platforms: Klaviyo, Attentive, or equivalent a plusSomeone who connects with the YLA For Her customer. You understand the lifestyle, the aesthetic, and the community
