Reach & Standard Operator

Douglasville , GA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Rate of Pay: $18.00

We're looking for a Reach & Standard Operator to join our team, where you'll play a critical role in safely moving, storing, and loading products while maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Success in this role means operating equipment safely, minimizing product damage, and ensuring materials are handled accurately to support customer and business needs.

This role is ideal for someone who is safety-focused, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You'll thrive if you take pride in operating equipment responsibly, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to a productive team.

Your Impact:

As a Reach & Startdard Operator, you will:

  • Safely operate reach & standdard trucks and material handling equipment to support receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping activities.
  • Utilize WMS technology, RF scanners, and warehouse tools to accurately move and track inventory throughout the facility.
  • Perform equipment inspections, identify safety concerns, and promptly report product, equipment, or inventory discrepancies.
  • Support inventory accuracy through proper scanning, cycle counts, audits, and adherence to warehouse procedures.
  • Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, and operating procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Contribute ideas that improve safety, efficiency, inventory accuracy, and overall warehouse performance.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least 1 year of warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience preferred.
  • Previous clamp truck and/or forklift experience required; certification preferred or ability to obtain certification.
  • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and mobile warehouse technology.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately handle inventory, labels, and product movements.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work on your feet for extended periods, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.
