Responsibilities:
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, preparing sauces)
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow directions from the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs
- Comply with all nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and guests
Competitive pay dependent on experience.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years high-volume kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of grill, sauté, and garde manger stations
- Strong team player mentality
- Flexible availability for various shifts
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Culinary school training a plus
- Passion for the culinary industry
- Weekend and holiday availability required
