Requirements:

  • Assist with BIM standards implementation, model organization, quality control, and documentation management.
  • Coordinate model updates, revisions, and deliverables throughout all project phases.
  • Support clash detection and coordination efforts to identify and resolve design conflicts.
  • Produce construction documents, layouts, schedules, and drawing sets in accordance with project and company standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, contractors, and project managers to support successful project execution.
  • Maintain accurate and organized BIM files, project records, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in project meetings, coordination sessions, and occasional site visits as required.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM workflows, processes, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in BIM/Revit production, preferably supporting electrical or MEP projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction, or a related field preferred; alternatively, an Associate’s degree, technical certification, or equivalent professional experience in drafting, BIM, engineering technology, or a related field will be considered.
  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit required.
  • Experience preparing electrical construction documents, including power distribution and lighting systems.
  • Familiarity with BIM coordination and clash detection processes (e.g., Navisworks) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel and conduct occasional site visits as needed.
