Construction Technician in Lansing, Michigan at Premiere Property Services

Premiere Property Services is looking to hire a full time Construction tech. You will be responsible for completing daily turns and remodels, for multi family properties. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of experience performing professional maintenance work, is familiar with a variety of building systems, including trim and door installation, cabinets, countertops, subfloor repairs etc. Bilingual in Spanish.

Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Installing trim
• Install and remove cabinets
• Install and remove countertops
• Minor plumbing/electrical
• Window installation
• Door installation
• Subfloor repairs
• Remodels

Requirements and qualifications:

• 1+ years of maintenance experience preferred
• Skilled with a variety of hand and power tools
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Valid Driver’s license/acceptable driving record
• Basic/mid-level maintenance knowledge
