This role ensures SES colleagues are fully equipped to execute the supplier sales programs, provide an outstanding customer experience, and achieve sales and compliance objectives. The Field Trainer acts as a bridge between suppliers, Currys, and SES colleagues, providing in-store coaching, facilitating training events, and supporting program implementation.
