This is a senior SAP HCM consulting role focused on Time Management and end-to-end HR processes in complex enterprise environments. You will take technical ownership of time-management solutions, from workforce scheduling and labor-rule mapping through configuration, testing, and production support. The role requires deep expertise in evaluation schemas, calculation rules, and the integration of Time Management with Payroll, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management. You will translate business and legislative requirements into scalable SAP solutions while ensuring accurate and compliant processes. As a technical authority, you will guide testing and UAT activities, support incident resolution, and provide clear specifications for ABAP development. The position is fully remote and offers an opportunity to work with challenging SAP environments while taking on significant technical responsibility.

• Lead the technical design, implementation, and support of SAP HCM Time Management solutions.
• Design and configure complex work schedules and time-management architectures based on applicable labor laws, collective agreements, and business requirements.
• Perform advanced configuration of time evaluation schemas, rules, and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs).
• Ensure accurate end-to-end integration between Time Management and SAP Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA), and Organizational Management (OM).
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into robust SAP HCM solutions.
• Investigate complex incidents, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions within the Time Management environment.
• Read and interpret ABAP code and perform debugging when necessary to support issue analysis and resolution.
• Prepare clear technical and functional specifications for ABAP development and system enhancements.
• Lead and coordinate functional and technical testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution validation.
• Map labor and union regulations and translate applicable requirements into SAP configuration and processes.
• Act as a technical authority and provide guidance to project teams, business stakeholders, and other SAP professionals.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery and integration of SAP HR solutions.
• Prioritize incidents, improvements, and project activities based on business impact and urgency.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in SAP HCM processes, configuration standards, documentation, and solution quality.

• Solid professional experience implementing and supporting SAP HCM Time Management.
• Advanced expertise in configuring time evaluation schemas, work schedules, and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs).
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end integration between Time Management and SAP Payroll, PA, and OM.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret ABAP code, including debugging capabilities for functional and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience preparing technical and functional specifications for ABAP developers.
• Proven ability to map labor legislation, union agreements, and business requirements into SAP HCM solutions.
• Experience leading or coordinating testing, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM processes and their dependencies across the broader HR landscape.
• Ability to take technical ownership of complex problems and drive them through analysis, resolution, and validation.
