The likely salary range for this position is $93,662 - $116,150. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Job Description:
Perform a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract
program.
- Lead deployment readiness activities for CONUS and OCONUS staff, including coordination of country entry and residency requirements
- Develop and maintain tracking tools and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Visa, SOFA, and DOCPER packages to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing
- Design and maintain tools, trackers, and dashboards that increase transparency for leadership and stakeholders on deployment readiness status and key metrics
- Collaborate with government stakeholders, HR, security, and external agencies to resolve issues related to OCONUS requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires joining the team to ensure an efficient and positive onboarding experience
- Develop plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitor tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.
- Establish and define program requirements and perform in-depth studies to determine optimum program plan.
- Monitor and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
- Interact regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
- May perform special projects and additional duties as assigned
- May serve as a team or task lead.
Requirements:
- BA/BS or equivalent, 5+ years of experience
- Ability to actively collaborate with others.
- Strong computer skills in MS Office (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
- Ability to manage projects and prioritize competing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph.
