Position Summary

Sells new and pre-owned vehicles to retail customers and manages the customer relationship from first contact through delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to internet leads, phone calls, and showroom traffic
• Complete a needs assessment and product presentation on every customer
• Log all customer activity and follow-up in the CRM
• Present vehicle pricing and payment options with a manager
• Deliver the vehicle and introduce the customer to the service department
• Maintain contact with sold customers for repeat and referral business

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
