Position Overview:

The staffing specialist is responsible for full cycle staffing: recruiting, screening, candidate selection, and onboarding of exempt and non-exempt employees.

Join our internal HR team as a full-time Corporate Recruiter focused strictly on building our internal workforce. This is a salaried position with no sales quotas or placement commissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
  • Acts as a liaison with employment agencies and Senderra.
  • Screens and interviews applicants.
  • Extends verbal and written job offers.
  • Develops and maintains professional relationships with potential candidate pools as a source of qualified applicants.
  • Conducts thorough orientation verifying completion and accuracy of required documentation.
  • Ensure all new hire information has been accurately and completely uploaded to the HRIS system. Organizes personnel files.
  • Updates weekly employee hiring summary reports.
  • Reviews new hire progress monthly then up to 90 days with hiring managers
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Education / Licensing Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources management preferred.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum one year hands on Human Resources experience.
  • High-volume medical recruiting experience preferred.
  • Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment.
  • Requires normal vision (corrected) both close and distant.
  • Requires normal hearing levels (corrected).
  • Requires working at a desk to use a phone and computer for extended periods of time. Requires sitting, bending.
  • Uses office equipment and machinery effectively.
  • Requires normal finger dexterity for keyboarding.
  • Works effectively with frequent interruptions.
  • Lifting requirements of 25 lbs. occasionally.
  • Minimal travel <10%.
