Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, improving how things work, and making a real impact?
We’re looking for a hands-on HR Manager to lead the day-to-day HR function while helping us continue to strengthen our people practices as we grow. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes being close to the business—supporting employees and managers, solving problems, improving processes, and keeping HR running smoothly.
Strong, hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
What You’ll DoAs our HR Manager, you’ll have ownership across the employee lifecycle, including:
- Lead recruiting and onboarding from job posting through new hire orientation
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR questions and employee relations
- Coordinate payroll and maintain accurate employee information in ADP Workforce Now
- Administer benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), open enrollment, and qualifying life events
- Manage performance review processes and help managers provide effective feedback and development
- Maintain compliant employee records, documentation, and HR practices
- Keep company policies and the employee handbook current and practical
- Support compliance with federal and Texas employment laws
- Create HR reports and provide meaningful workforce insights to leadership
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve HR processes
- Help strengthen employee engagement and the overall employee experience
- 5–7+ years of progressive, hands-on HR experience
- Strong proficiency with ADP Workforce Now
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Active SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
- Working knowledge of payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Solid understanding of federal and Texas employment laws
- Strong technology skills and confidence learning and improving HR systems
- Excellent communication, judgment, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Enjoy both the people side and operational side of HR. You’re comfortable jumping into the details when needed, but you also see the bigger picture and look for better ways to do things.
You’re organized, approachable, tech-savvy, and confident working independently. Most importantly, you enjoy building relationships, supporting managers and employees, and creating HR practices that make sense for both people and the business.
Why This Role? This isn’t a role where you’ll be focused on just one area of HR. You’ll have the opportunity to own, influence, and improve the full employee experience while working closely with leadership in a growing organization.
If you’re looking for an HR role where you can roll up your sleeves, bring new ideas to the table, and see the impact of your work, we’d love to hear from you.
