Registered Nurse (RN) – Residential Facilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for residents in accordance with medical protocols and individual care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor residents’ health status and respond promptly to changes or emergencies
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, residents, and families to develop and update care plans
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of care provided and residents’ health records
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and safety standards
- Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness strategies
Skills and Qualifications:
- Nursing Certification from an Accredited Institution. Individual must be a Registered Nurse and previous experience in a psychiatric residential treatment facility is preferred.
- Proven experience in residential care, long-term care, or similar healthcare settings preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and documentation procedures
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively

Requirements:We are currently looking for a RN for our Residential Treatment Programs. This nursing position works with at-risk youth between the ages of 12 and 18.
The Staff Nurse will provide a high standard of care through assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluation of all clients under their care. They are responsible for all day-to-day nursing care to the assigned clients. You will also need a current Pennsylvania License and have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
Work Hours:
Two - 8-hour Shifts
Two - 12 hours Shifts
One day every other weekend.
