  • Monitor behavioral health network access in real time, including specialty areas such as SUD, ASD, and dementia, ensuring adequacy and identifying gaps
  • Develop and maintain provider performance scorecards, tiering systems, and analytics frameworks to evaluate quality and efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with network, market, and adequacy teams to improve access, performance, and alignment of initiatives
  • Design, launch, and manage value-based care initiatives, including Pay-for-Performance programs for providers
  • Manage provider relationships, including Joint Operating Committees (JOCs), issue resolution, and strategic partnership development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in network strategy, provider relations, or behavioral health within a managed care environment
  • Strong background in behavioral health networks across Medicare Advantage and Medicaid populations
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and leading complex strategic initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills, including provider performance measurement and network adequacy evaluation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Preferred: Master’s degree and experience with value-based care or Pay-for-Performance models
  • Ability to manage complex provider relationships and drive collaborative outcomes
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary range: $115,200 – $158,400 (based on experience and location)
  • Bonus incentive plan based on individual and company performance
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision)
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Paid time off, holidays, volunteer time off, and parental/caregiver leave
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage and life insurance
  • Remote work flexibility with required home office and high-speed internet setup
  • Opportunities for professional development in a mission-driven healthcare environment.
