Automotive Detail Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Automotive Detail Manager to oversee our vehicle detailing operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the check-in process for new vehicles, ensuring all vehicles meet quality standards before delivery

- Oversee the detailing of used vehicles, ensuring thorough cleaning, polishing, and cosmetic restoration

- Manage and train the detailing team to maintain efficiency and high-quality workmanship

- Monitor inventory of detailing supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and maintenance

- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure vehicles meet company standards and customer expectations

- Collaborate with sales and service departments to facilitate smooth vehicle preparation and delivery

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in automotive detailing or management within the automotive industry

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

- Knowledge of vehicle cleaning products, tools, and techniques

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
