$25 - $45 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Prepare estimates, quotes, and proposals for commercial HVAC projects
- Coordinate scheduling and communication with field technicians
- Maintain project updates and customer communication through CRM software
- Review project specifications, labor, and material requirements
- Support sales and operations teams with technical and administrative tasks
- Ensure accurate pricing and timely follow-up with customers
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
Qualifications:
- Experience in preparing estimates, quotes, and proposals for commercial HVAC projects.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with field technicians and manage scheduling.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to maintain project updates and customer communication.
- Strong understanding of project specifications, labor, and material requirements.
- Proven track record of supporting sales and operations teams with technical and administrative tasks.
- Ability to ensure accurate pricing and timely follow-up with customers.
- Experience in building and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
