Director of Nursing
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing department with professionalism and compassion. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the nursing department, ensuring high standards of resident care and staff performance

- Collaborate closely with the facility administrator and other leadership team members to support operational goals
- Monitor and improve resident care quality, safety, and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Stay informed of updates to healthcare guidelines and implement necessary changes
Skills and Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
- Previous experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing healthcare environments and regulatory updates
