This role is a high-impact, hands-on opportunity to shape how a global commerce platform is positioned and perceived in the market. You will sit at the intersection of product, sales, and growth, translating complex platform capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers across different regions. Acting both as strategist and executor, you will own go-to-market planning, messaging, and product storytelling across the portfolio. The position requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds alignment across diverse stakeholders, and drives initiatives independently. You will also play a key role in enabling sales teams and accelerating product adoption within the existing customer base. This is a builder role designed for someone who can operate with autonomy while influencing at scale in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Define and own product positioning and messaging across the platform portfolio, ensuring clarity, differentiation, and consistency across personas, industries, and regions.
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy and product launches, coordinating with product, sales, and growth teams to ensure successful execution and alignment.
- Develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and drive continuous market and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and sharpen differentiation.
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials such as playbooks, pitch decks, battle cards, one-pagers, demo narratives, and website content.
- Translate product releases into clear internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging and adoption across teams.
- Support initiatives that drive product adoption and customer expansion by equipping commercial teams with effective narratives and tools.
- Strong experience in Product Marketing within enterprise B2B SaaS environments, with a proven track record of owning GTM strategy and execution.
- Demonstrated ability to build positioning and messaging frameworks from scratch, not just execute pre-existing strategies.
- Deep understanding of product positioning, value proposition development, and narrative crafting for complex solutions.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, persuasive messaging.
- Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional global teams, building alignment without formal authority.
- Data-driven mindset, using insights and market intelligence to shape decisions and prioritize effectively.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Familiarity with digital commerce or complex platform ecosystems is a plus.
- Comfort using AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, and execution.
