  • Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and system design during cloud modernization initiatives.
  • Analyze and support business process improvements, including legacy system modernization, automation opportunities, and workflow optimization.
  • Contribute to testing validation efforts by ensuring requirements are properly translated into testable criteria and outcomes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and support delivery of scalable, cloud-enabled solutions.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis, with at least 8+ years focused on IT functional analysis in complex enterprise environments (cloud modernization experience preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements for large-scale integrated systems.
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile environments using Jira or similar tools for requirements and sprint management.
  • Strong understanding of cloud modernization concepts, including AWS and zCloud environments, with exposure to legacy system transformation.
  • Experience with business process modeling and automation concepts (e.g., BPMN, DMN, BPA tools) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with multiple database technologies such as DB2, PostgreSQL, or DynamoDB is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exposure to Generative AI tools for documentation or requirements support is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive estimated salary range of $127,500 – $172,500 USD, depending on experience and location
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions
