This role is focused on bringing products to life in the retail environment through strong in-store execution, visibility strategies, and merchandising excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring products are well-positioned, properly displayed, and aligned with promotional campaigns across assigned points of sale. The position plays a key role in driving sales performance by maximizing product exposure and improving customer experience at the shelf level. You will act as the brand’s representative in the field, building relationships with store teams and ensuring execution standards are consistently met. The environment is dynamic and field-based, requiring autonomy, organization, and strong attention to detail. It is ideal for professionals who enjoy hands-on retail activity and contributing directly to commercial results.
- Represent the brand in assigned retail locations by visiting stores according to the established route plan and execution schedule.
- Ensure proper product visibility by organizing shelves, checking assortments, and executing promotional and campaign materials in-store.
- Optimize the use and placement of point-of-sale materials to maximize product exposure and sales impact.
- Monitor shelf conditions and ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines and brand standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store teams to strengthen execution quality and positioning opportunities.
- Complete required administrative reporting and field activity records accurately and on time.
- Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and key performance indicators through excellent in-store execution.
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or field sales is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with store teams and stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with motivation to meet and exceed sales and execution targets.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage store routes and field activities independently.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to complete digital reporting and administrative tasks.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a field-based, dynamic environment.
