BARTENDER $25 hour in Venice, California at Kassi Venice Beach

Location: Kassi Lobby, Hotel Erwin, Venice Beach, CA Position: Bartender (Part-Time)

Hotel Erwin, offering ocean views, a Mediterranean-inspired menu, and a high-energy atmosphere that draws locals and visitors alike. We're looking for an experienced bartender to join our team and help deliver an exceptional guest experience in our lobby bar.

• Prepare and serve classic and craft cocktails, wine, and beer to the highest standard
• Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to guests at the bar and on the floor
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Work closely with servers, barbacks, and management to ensure smooth service
• Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations (RBS certified or willing to obtain)

• Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience, high volume experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
• Ability to multitask and stay composed during peak hours
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Must be 21+ and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid RBS certification (or ability to obtain before start date)

Education, Experience and Skill Requirements

• Company in-venue bartender training, Alcohol Awareness Certification, Food Handling Certificate.
• 1-2 years of professional beverage experience.
• Previous bartending experience.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge.
• Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
• Role may include job duties or tasks requiring repetitive motion.
• Exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials.
• Must be able to work and remain focused in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
