As a Bartender, you’ll be a key part of delivering the energy and service that keeps guests coming back.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages according to Cattlemens recipes and standards.
• Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to bar guests and dining room service staff.
• Maintain strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all safety regulations.
• Accurately handle cash, payments, and bar transactions.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
• Use sales and merchandising techniques to enhance the guest experience.
• Support servers and team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and service standards.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude.

Certifications & Compliance

• Must possess a valid California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification prior to serving alcohol.
• Must maintain compliance with all state and local alcohol service laws and regulations.
