• A knack for teamwork, keeping your space neat, and staying engaged.
• Extra kudos if you have a year or more in high-volume or guest-facing kitchens.
• Proficient with knives
• Capable of reading recipes and following directions
• Willingness to perform a skills test is required

About the Role: Our Sushi Chefs collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to create fresh, beautiful sushi that keeps guests returning. Develop skills and advance through three unique stations:
