Position Overview

Lil' Ricci's Kitchen Staff Members play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality food while ensuring safety, sanitation, and picture-perfect presentation. This fast-paced role requires teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items per Lil' Ricci's recipes and standards
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Support kitchen setup, breakdown, and daily tasks

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of safe food handling practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Basic knife handling and math skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Compensation

$16.00 – $21.50 per hour, depending on experience, training, and skills.
