At Manna Church we believe every child is a “World Changer.” The Manna Kids Site Director is responsible for growing, building, and leading Manna Kids at theSite. Provide curriculum assistance to the Manna Kids Children’s Ministry and ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the overall operations of the Site for Manna Kids.

• To be the first point of contact for all internal operations of Manna Kids Nursery at Cliffdale.
• Lead and oversee Manna Kids Nursery at the Cliffdale site.
• Oversee all operations of Manna Kids Nursery at Cliffdale, ensuring the success of the Thursday/Sunday experience.
• Ensures the proper on and off boarding of team members.
• Maintaining the Connection Board in Rock RMS.
• Promotes Manna culture, Manna Kids policy and best practices through one-on-one mentorship, training, and other gatherings that promote relational connection.
• Responsible for the growth and health of all Manna Kids Nursery at Cliffdale.
• Leads and provides accountability for all Manna Kids Nursery at the Cliffdale in the areas of shoulder-tapping, Growth Track completion, and Manna Kids serve team appreciation.
• Serve as a primary communicator for the Nursery team at Cliffdale.
• Inform Manna Kids Central & Assistant Director with emergencies/urgent issues as they arise.
• Work with Manna Kids leaders to build the Manna Kids Serve Team.
• Participate in monthly all-site Leaders meetings to discuss enhancing the Sunday/Thursday experience and upcoming events
• Attend one on one’s with the Central/Assistant Director monthly.
• Assists in the execution of Small Group Sundays for representation of Manna Kids.
• Ensures the scheduling of Nursery SERVE Team members through ROCK RMS.
• Interacts with families of children in Manna Kids and various ways to help equip children and families on their journey with Christ.
• Is a core team member and expected to take part in meetings and will be invited to various leadership development meetings throughout the year.
• Ensure Paylocity is up to date
  • This includes recording your own hours and leave request (if applicable), approving your shifts by the 5th and 20th of each month, and requesting leave in a timely manner
  • As a supervisor, ensure that you approve your employees’ shifts and leave requests by the 6th and 21st of each month

• Regular contact with members of Manna Kids team

• Very visible role with children and families of Manna Kids

Job Qualifications:

• Experience:Previous experience in child care, early childhood education, or a related field is preferred.
• Education: Additional education in early childhood development or a related field is a plus.
• Certifications:CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Child abuse prevention training.
• Completion of Growth Track

Skills:

• Understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in problem solving
• Supervise multiple people effectively
• Background Checkground required
