- Support the development and management of national healthcare opportunity pipelines by tracking market activity, procurement timelines, contract renewals, and emerging industry trends.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to identify growth opportunities, evaluate competitive landscapes, and support strategic business development initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance market prioritization models, assessment tools, and standardized resources that improve strategic decision-making.
- Gather and analyze external healthcare data, including membership trends, regulatory updates, policy changes, and competitive intelligence, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Produce recurring market reports, executive summaries, newsletters, and presentations to keep leadership and stakeholders informed of key developments.
- Maintain centralized repositories for pipeline tracking, contract intelligence, and market insights while ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with business development, capture, proposal, product, and external affairs teams to support growth strategies, strategic planning, and ad hoc analytical projects.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (5+ years) in a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare strategy, business development, market research, data analytics, or a similar role.
- Minimum of 2 years working within healthcare, preferably supporting Medicaid managed care or government-sponsored healthcare programs.
- Strong understanding of healthcare market analysis, competitive intelligence, market trends, and growth opportunity evaluation.
- Knowledge of Medicaid managed care programs, procurement processes (RFPs, RFAs, ITNs), healthcare regulations, and policy developments.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise, and actionable business insights for a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience supporting healthcare growth initiatives, competitive analyses, or strategic planning is preferred.
- Strong analytical, research, presentation, written communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in developing executive presentations, reports, and market intelligence deliverables.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 5% as needed.
- Annual salary ranging from $71,100 to $97,800, based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
- Eligibility for a performance-based annual bonus incentive.
