As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help keep our community running smoothly by handling repairs, preventative maintenance, and resident service requests. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team player who takes pride in their work and creating a great living experience for residents.

Areas of Responsibility Include:

• Complete maintenance repairs and resident work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform general repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Conduct property inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain building systems, common areas, and maintenance workspaces.
• Track work orders, maintenance records, and supplies.
• Assist with resident move-ins, move-outs, and contractor access.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and welcoming community.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 2–4 years of apartment maintenance experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required; trade school education preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills; Yardi experience preferred.
• Dependable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, with reasonable accommodations as applicable.
• Valid driver's license and insurance required.
