Job Description
Pay: $26–$30 per hour
Location: Remote (United States)
Commitment: Minimum 20 hours per week

What You'll Do
- Draft, review, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
- Manage calendars, deadlines, filings, and case-related documentation
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings
- Organize and maintain digital case files
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and legal teams
- Track multiple matters simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Provide day-to-day support that keeps legal operations running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of paralegal experience
- Must be based in the United States
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week
- Dedicated home office with a reliable Windows PC or Mac, high-speed internet, and a professional workspace
- Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to producing high-quality work
