We’re seeking a PRN, as needed, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) with a passion for working with youth and a desire to make a real, lasting impact. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatrist and multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care to adolescents who need it most.

Your Role
As a Nurse Practitioner at HavenRise, you’ll:
- Conduct psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations for adolescent patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management.
- Monitor treatment effectiveness, side effects, and patient progress.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure coordinated care.
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency psychiatric evaluations within NP scope.
- Serve as a trusted resource for clients, families, and staff.
- Contribute to clinical protocols, quality improvement, and program development.

What We’re Looking For
- Licensed in Florida (active, unrestricted APRN with psych certification).
- DEA registration with appropriate schedules for prescribing psychotropic medications..
- At least 1 year of psychiatric experience (including relevant clinical rotations for new grads); adolescent experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology for youth.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for engaging youth and families in care.
