The Senior Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving scalable software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused products. The role requires strong technical ownership, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for building reliable systems using modern technologies.

• Develop advanced frontend and backend solutions using technologies such as TypeScript, React, Java, C#, and other relevant programming languages.
• Design and implement backend components, including REST APIs, queueing systems, storage solutions, security layers, and scalable architectures.
• Build and enhance AI-powered product capabilities, including intelligent automation, adaptive workflows, and AI-assisted user experiences.
• Leverage AI development tools to improve engineering productivity, testing practices, code quality, and delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate customer requirements into flexible and effective software solutions.
• Own application quality, performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability through strong engineering practices.
• Create reusable software components, implement automated testing, and contribute to documentation and technical standards.
• Participate in agile development processes, including planning, collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced software engineer with strong full stack development capabilities, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. They should combine technical expertise with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with strong experience in application design and component-level development.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of frontend and backend technologies, including experience with modern web development frameworks.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs using JSON and/or XML.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or similar environments for deployment, monitoring, and debugging.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and designing scalable software systems.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and take ownership of technical initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and interest in accelerating software delivery through AI technologies.
• Knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD), refactoring practices, code testability, and software quality principles is a plus.
• Experience with pair programming, mob programming, or Extreme Programming practices is an advantage.
