This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Manager - Affirmative Action for Persons with Disabilities based in Brazil.

This senior product role sits at the intersection of platform strategy, user experience, and business growth within a large-scale digital ecosystem. You will lead the evolution of core broker-facing products, shaping foundational systems that drive engagement, productivity, and transaction efficiency. The role requires strong strategic thinking to balance scalable architecture with highly usable customer experiences. You will also play a key role in defining incentive models and operational flows that directly impact business expansion and broker performance. Working closely with engineering, operations, and leadership teams, you will influence critical product decisions across the organization. This is a high-impact position for a product leader who thrives in complex, data-driven environments and enjoys mentoring others while driving execution.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for broker-facing platforms, ensuring scalable, high-performance systems that support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Define and evolve core product experiences that improve broker productivity, engagement, and transaction success across the platform.
  • Design and optimize incentive structures and operational models that align broker performance with company objectives and growth targets.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and data teams to translate business needs into clear, executable product requirements.
  • Use data and experimentation to refine product decisions, improve system performance, and unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Mentor and support other product managers, contributing to a strong culture of product excellence and strategic thinking.
Requirements:

This role requires strong experience in product leadership within technology-driven environments, with a proven ability to manage complex, platform-level initiatives and deliver measurable business impact. You should be comfortable working across technical and business domains, especially where data, systems design, and customer experience intersect. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, as you will influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Experience with AI-enabled products or initiatives is highly valued, along with an advanced level of English. A customer-centric mindset, combined with strong analytical ability and strategic thinking, is essential to succeed in this role. Prior experience in scaling digital platforms and driving operational or marketplace growth will be a strong differentiator.

  • Solid experience as a Product Manager in technology companies, ideally in platform or marketplace environments
