Affirmed Home Care is seeking an experienced Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a sweet 2-year-old child in Greenwich, CT.

This low-acuity pediatric home care case offers the opportunity to work closely with a wonderful family while making a meaningful difference in a child's life. As an Affirmed Pediatric LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care in the comfort of your patient's home while becoming an important part of their healthcare journey.

• Active Connecticut LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric nursing experience in home care or acute preferred
• Tracheostomy experience
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Physical exam completed within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past year, or chest X-ray completed within the past 5 years
